Clean and Check℠ in Charlestown
One visit, one thorough tune-up, before the season hits. We check the whole system — not just the parts that are easy to reach. We serve all of Charlestown, including Meyer Manor and Ashley Springs. No trip charge.
What the Visit Covers
A yearly tune-up isn't optional busywork — ENERGY STAR notes a neglected system can lose a real share of its rated efficiency, and its maintenance checklist lists the same coil and filter checks we run on every Charlestown visit.
Indoor Air Handler
Filter cleaning, coil inspection, airflow check, drain line verification.
Outdoor Unit
Condenser coil condition, refrigerant pressure check, electrical connections.
System Function Test
We run the system in both heating and cooling mode before we leave.
Straight Report
If we find something that needs attention, we tell you — with options and prices — before we do anything.

What is a Clean and Check℠ in Charlestown?
It is our annual ductless tune-up. We clean the indoor air handler and filters, inspect the coils, check the condensate drain, verify refrigerant levels, test electrical connections, calibrate the thermostat, and run the system in both modes before we leave.
How long does a Charlestown Clean and Check℠ take?
About an hour for a single-zone system. Multi-zone homes with several indoor heads usually run 90 minutes to two hours, because every head gets the same attention. We cover all of Charlestown, Meyer Manor and Ashley Springs included — pick a time that suits you.
What does a Clean and Check℠ cost in Charlestown?
A single seasonal visit is $99, covering the outdoor unit and one indoor head, then $50 for each additional head. The Two Seasons Membership books both visits at that same per-visit price — $198 a year on a single-head system — plus 10% off every repair. The membership page lays out the math.
When is the best time to schedule a Clean and Check℠ in Charlestown?
Spring before cooling season, or fall before heating season. The point is catching problems while you are not depending on the system every day. Either month works — the thing to avoid is skipping a year. Our HVAC maintenance checklist covers the months in between.
Is there a trip charge for Charlestown Clean and Check℠ visits?
There is none. Charlestown is our home base in Clark County, so a tune-up in town does not carry one, and the same holds across the county. The Charlestown service area page lists the towns we cover from here, all of them in Southern Indiana.
What if you find something that needs repair during the visit?
We tell you what we found and what the fix costs before touching it. Nothing gets done without your approval, and members take 10% off the repair. If it turns into a bigger call, ductless repair in Charlestown covers how we diagnose and price the work.
Does maintenance actually change how the system runs?
A neglected ductless system loses a real share of its rated efficiency, which shows up on the power bill and in comfort. Clean coils, correct refrigerant, and tight electrical connections are what hold it at spec — the Clean and Check℠ service page covers each item.
