Variable pricing, where the quote depends on how the conversation goes, is the norm in HVAC. Some companies charge more if they think you'll pay it. Some quote low to get in the door, then add on.
We don't operate that way. The Transparent Pricebook™ is the price list we are building so you can see what things cost before we schedule anything. Until it is published, you still get your number in writing first, and when we arrive the price we quoted is the price you pay.
No negotiating. No "let me check with my manager." No surprises.

Clean and Check℠
Seasonal maintenance visit: full diagnostic, cleaning, and inspection. Pricing confirmed: $99 a visit on a mini split (outdoor unit plus one indoor head, $50 each additional head). The Two Seasons Membership books both visits at that same per-visit price: $198 a year on a single-head system, or $159 a year on a furnace and central AC system.
