We Fix What Others Replace
Something's not right with your mini split. Maybe it's blowing warm air. Maybe there's an error code you've never seen. We diagnose it, explain what's happening, and fix the actual problem — not the most expensive one.
Common Issues We Diagnose
Not Cooling or Heating
Could be a refrigerant issue, a failed compressor, or something as simple as a dirty filter. We find out before guessing.
Water Leaking Indoors
Usually a clogged condensate drain or a frozen coil. We trace it back and fix the root cause — not just mop it up.
Error Codes on the Remote
Flashing lights, codes on the display. We know what they mean for the major brands and can diagnose from there.
System Running but No Output
Fan spins, nothing happens. Could be a bad reversing valve, a board issue, or a sensor. We test and tell you what we find.
Strange Noises or Smells
Clicking, buzzing, musty air. These are symptoms. We track down what's actually causing them.
Short Cycling
System turns on and off constantly. Oversized unit, electrical issue, or low charge. We'll figure out which.
How We Approach a Repair Call
Listen First
You tell us what's happening. When it started. What you've already tried. That matters more than most techs realize.
Diagnose the Actual Problem
We test, measure, and inspect. No assuming. If we find something different than expected, we tell you before touching anything.
Give You the Options
Here's what's wrong. Here's what it costs to fix. Here's whether we think it's worth fixing. You decide.
Fix It Right
If you say go, we do the work. Clean, tested, confirmed. We don't leave until the system runs the way it should.
Get a Second Opinion
If another company told you the whole system needs replaced, maybe it does. Maybe it doesn't. We'll look at it and tell you what we actually see.

Common Questions
How much does a mini split repair cost?
It depends on what is wrong. A simple fix like clearing a clogged drain line costs much less than replacing a compressor or reversing valve. We diagnose first and give you the number before any work starts. No surprises.
My mini split is blowing warm air. What is wrong?
A few things can cause this: low refrigerant from a leak, a failed reversing valve, a dirty filter restricting airflow, or a problem with the outdoor unit. We run through a diagnostic to find the actual cause before guessing at a repair.
Should I repair my mini split or replace it?
We tell you what we find and what it costs to fix it. If the repair cost is a significant fraction of what a new system would run, or if the unit is old enough that other problems are likely, we will say so. The decision is yours. We do not push replacements.
Water is dripping from my indoor unit. Is that a big problem?
Usually it is a clogged condensate drain — common, straightforward to fix. It can also be a frozen evaporator coil caused by low refrigerant or a dirty filter. We figure out which one before doing anything.
Do you work on all mini split brands?
Yes. We work on Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Fujitsu, Gree, Pioneer, and others. We can read error codes for major brands and carry common parts. If a repair requires a specialty part from the manufacturer, we will tell you what the lead time looks like.
