How Far We Come

Henry Brothers works out of Charlestown, Indiana, and covers homeowners within 18 miles of it — every town listed above sits inside that circle. The radius is tight on purpose. It is close enough that we can get back out to a system we installed without turning it into half a day of driving, and close enough that we know the housing stock: the postwar ranches, the older streets down by the river, the newer builds out toward the interstate.

Each town has its own page covering what we install and repair locally, along with the neighborhoods we work in most. If your address sits just outside the line, call and ask anyway at (812) 994-1008. We would rather tell you straight than have you guess from a map.

What a Visit Looks Like Anywhere on That List

The work does not change by town. We diagnose before we quote, put the number in writing, and the number we quote is the number you pay — the Transparent Pricebook™ lays out the reasoning. There is no trip charge anywhere in Clark or Floyd County, so the visit that tells you what is wrong is not a bill of its own.

We are repair-first by default. If the system can be fixed, we fix it and tell you exactly what we did. Replacement only comes up when replacement is genuinely the better call for the house, and if another company has already told you otherwise, a second opinion is a good place to start.

We work with homeowners — no commercial contracts, no new-construction bids. Mini splits are what we know best, and we also diagnose and repair standard central systems: furnaces, central AC, and heat pumps. Everything we handle is on the services page.

Maintenance in Clark and Floyd County

Southern Indiana asks a lot of a system. Ohio Valley humidity leans on a coil all summer, then freeze-thaw swings work on a heat pump all winter. Equipment here earns its keep in both directions, which is why we lean on maintenance instead of replacement.

A Clean and Check℠ visit runs $99 and covers the outdoor unit plus one indoor head, with each additional head $50 per visit. The Two Seasons Membership books both seasonal visits for the year — one before cooling season, one before heating season — and adds 10% off every repair; it runs $159 a year on a furnace and central AC system. We track the dates and reach out, so you do not have to remember.
