We're brothers who grew up in Southern Indiana and decided to build something together. We specialize in mini split systems because we believe they're the smartest way to heat and cool a home — efficient, quiet, and built for the way people actually live.
Every install we do, we treat like it's our own house. Every repair starts with a real look at what's happening — not a guess, not a sales pitch.

Why mini splits?
We specialize in ductless systems because they're genuinely the right tool for a lot of Southern Indiana homes — older homes without ductwork, additions, sunrooms, garages, rooms that central air never quite reached.
They're efficient. They're quiet. And when something goes wrong, they're diagnosable — you're not chasing a leak through 200 feet of ductwork.
We're also repair-first by default. If your system can be fixed, we'll fix it and tell you exactly what we did. We don't recommend replacement unless replacement is genuinely the right call.
