Henry Brothers is Justin and Nick Henry — two brothers who fix heating and cooling for homeowners in Clark and Floyd County, Indiana. We're an HVAC company, not a data company, and this page reads that way: short, plain, and complete. Below is what we collect when you reach out, what we do with it, and what we'll never do with it. What we collect

When you fill out the service request form on this site, you hand us:

• Your name
• Your phone number, and your email if you choose to add it
• The service address, if you enter it
• A short description of what you need done

Only your name and phone number are required — the rest is optional. If you call us or send an email instead of using the scheduling form, we keep whatever you tell us in that conversation: your name, how to reach you, the address, and the details of the work. That's the whole list. We don't buy information about you from anyone else, and we don't follow what you do on other websites.

What we use it for

We use your information to do one job — help you with your heating and cooling:

• Call or text you back about your request
• Schedule a visit and find your home
• Diagnose the problem and give you a number before any work starts
• Keep a record of what we did, in case you need us again or a part is under a manufacturer's warranty

That's it. We don't use your contact details for anything you didn't ask us to do.

What we don't do

To be plain about the things some companies do that we don't:

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't hand it to data brokers or advertising networks.
• We don't build ad-targeting profiles or run retargeting ads that chase you around the internet.
• We don't add you to a marketing list you never asked to join. If we ever start a newsletter, it'll be opt-in, and you can leave any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not run advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, and no ad-network tag watching your visit. We don't use cookies to profile you or to sell your browsing behavior. The service request form sends only what you type into it, at the moment you press the button — nothing before that.

Who else touches it

A couple of outside services help this site run, and they only see what they need to:

• Website hosting. This site is served on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which delivers the pages and blocks malicious traffic. Standard server logs — an IP address, the page requested — are part of how any website on the internet works.
• Scheduling and records. When you submit the service request form, it goes into the software we use to schedule visits and keep customer records. That's how your request reaches us.

We pick these tools to run the business, not to market to you. We don't share your information with anyone beyond what it takes to do your service and keep our own records.

How long we keep it

We keep service records as long as we need them — to stand behind our work, look up the history on your equipment the next time you call, and meet our tax and legal obligations. When we no longer have a reason to keep something, we get rid of it. If you'd rather we delete your information sooner, see the next section.

Your choices

It's your information. You can:

• Ask what we have. Email or call, and we'll tell you what's on file for you.
• Ask us to delete it. We'll remove your records, unless we're required to keep something for a tax or legal reason — and we'll tell you if that's the case.

Children

This site is meant for homeowners arranging heating and cooling service. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, call or email and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy
