Henry Brothers Heat • Cool • Mini Splits is a residential HVAC company serving homeowners in Clark County and Floyd County, Indiana. Justin and Nick Henry are ductless mini split specialists who also diagnose and repair central air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps for homes across the area. Using this site

This site is for informational purposes. The guides, service pages, and dictionary entries here are meant to help homeowners understand their systems and understand how we work. Submitting a service request through our schedule page is a request, not a confirmed appointment — nothing is booked until we contact you to set a time. When you send us your details, we ask that you give us accurate information about your home and your equipment so we can actually help.

The guides and DIY content

Our HVAC guides are general information for homeowners. They are not professional advice for your specific system, and every home is a little different. Anything that involves electrical components, refrigerant, or gas is work for a licensed professional — not a weekend project.

If you ever smell gas, leave the house and call your gas company from outside. We are not responsible for damage, loss, or injury that results from do-it-yourself work you take on after reading anything on this site. When in doubt, have someone look at it in person.

Scheduling and estimates

We diagnose first and give you a number before any work — that's the whole point of how we operate. A number we quote before work is what we work from. If we open something up and find a different problem than the one we expected, the final scope can change. When that happens, we stop, tell you what we found and what it means, and let you decide before we go any further. You always get a say before we proceed.

Third-party links

Some pages link out to reference material — manufacturer documents, industry standards, and other resources. Those sites belong to other people. We don't control them and we don't take responsibility for what they say. We link to them because they're useful, not because we stand behind everything on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent Indiana law allows, Henry Brothers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the information on it. The site is provided as-is. Nothing on it replaces having a licensed professional look at your actual equipment in person.
