Clean and Check℠ is our annual tune-up service, and it covers every kind of system we work on: mini splits, gas furnaces, and central AC.
On a mini split, the visit covers cleaning the indoor air handler and filters, inspecting the outdoor unit, checking refrigerant levels, testing electrical connections, and verifying drain lines are clear. On a furnace or central AC system, it covers burners, safety controls, coils, electrical connections, and condensate drains. The goal is the same either way: catch small problems before they become expensive ones, and make sure the system is running at the efficiency it's rated for. ENERGY STAR's maintenance guidance backs up why a yearly check matters. A neglected system can lose a meaningful chunk of its rated efficiency. Each visit is $99 per system, and the $159-a-year Two Seasons membership covers the spring AC visit and the fall furnace visit for ducted homes.
